These terms apply to HVAC services provided by Americool Heating & Cooling. By requesting service, you agree to the following.
Estimates and appointments
We provide estimates in good faith based on visible conditions. Additional work may be required if problems are discovered during diagnosis or repair. We discuss options and pricing before performing work beyond the original scope when possible.
Payment
Payment is due according to the invoice terms provided at service. Financing, when offered, is subject to approved credit through our lending partners.
Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment we install. Labor and parts warranties on our work are described on your invoice or our satisfaction guarantee page. See our satisfaction guarantee for more information.
